FIERCE! THE STORY OF CATS
A PAW-some 360-degree marketing campaign for the Natural History Museum’s 2025 exhibition, Fierce! The Story of Cats. The design includes custom title logo, key art, social media promotions, digital ads, OOH print ads, on-site activations, animated graphics, and educational video packages.
Imagine if your cute pet ginger tabby met their wild cat counterpart, Would they get along?, teach each other their way of life, and show how they interact with humans in different ways. This exhibition is an immersive and expansive experience that illuminates the lives of all cats, from calicos and shorthairs to tigers and jaguars. The key art pairs domesticated cats with wild cat species to make the connections between their appetite to hunt, the way they nurture their unique family groups, and their relevance in pop culture, all highlighted throughout the exhibition.
To capture a dynamic audience, we showcase the playful cuteness of domesticated cats and the majestic ferocity of wild cats captured in their own habitats. Expanding on the diverse world of all cat species, included in our marketing promotion is a user generated library of cat portraits allowing our patrons to enrich their own journey by contributing their own observations of their feline friends. With the overall goal of educating patrons on the wonderful world of cats, our campaign shows the beauty of these animals and invites everyone to tap into their wild side.
